Easy Scheduling

Our scheduling software syncs with your rental listing, and automatically schedules a cleaning for you. You can also manually input dates as well!

Maintenance Inspections

We do a complete inspection of your property during each clean. If we encounter damage, we will notify you immediately.

Proof of completion

As soon as each cleaning is completed, you recieve an email confirming it is guest ready. This keeps you in the loop and allows you to get guests in early when possible.

In-House Linen Program

Guests like the ease and convience of rentals that come with clean, fresh linens. When you work with Opti, you have the option to provide them for your guests. 

  • You’ll be supplied with two matching sets of linens. Each turn, our teams bring a clean set with them, then take the dirty linens to be washed and stored for the next turn 
  • No more worrying about missing linens for the next guest. If something is missing or stained, we’ll replace it for you. 
  • Linen sets include pillow cases, fitted sheets, flat sheets, hand towels and bath towels.

Managing an Short-term Rental from far away can be stressful. And sometimes, you need a little more than cleaning. For host’s that need reliable, local help, this is for you!

Local Visits

  • Up to 45 minutes each. Common uses;
  • Meet & let in vendors (plumber, HVAC)
  • Quick inspection after an issue or guest complaint, with photos.
  • Mini-maintenance: Swap smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, reset breaker.

How does payment work?

We email you an invoice after each clean that is payable via credit card/ debit card. To pay you simply click the email, input your card information and then click pay. 

How do linens work?

We have our own linen program. If you decide to provide your guests with linens, we will make the beds and put out fresh towels each time.

What if something happens at my property?

If for something occurs at your property that isn’t cleaning related (Lock batteries, clogged toilet, guest lock-out, etc) we can resolve it for you. We offer local host support services designed to resolve these issues.

What if there is a cleaning issue that needs fixing?

In the rare event that a guest checks-in and finds a cleaning issue they’d like corrected, we will be there quickly to fix it! We also leave tent cards with our number for guests to call directly in the event of a cleaning issue.

What are the required check-in & out times?

We require at least a 5 hour window to ensure your property is 100% ready for guests.

Deep Cleaning

A Deep Clean is done every now and then to hit all the hard to reach areas such as behind the washer and dryer, refrigerator, dressers and more. They are important to maintain overall cleanliness and prevent maintenance issues. We recommend getting a deep clean before rental season starts.
